GEPOL Ltd is a Polish personnel agency established in 1993. Our main objective is to support the development of our clients by giving them solutions in the areas of human resources and other fields of management. Thanks to our consultants' professional knowledge and experience, we give you solutions, which both help you become more successful on the market and take care of your employees - your most valuable capital. In order to achieve that, we cooperate with our clients on every stage of execution of our projects.

Our employees

There are 4 persons employed in our agency. When performing some projects, we also cooperate with outside experts.

• Beata Kokocińska - director
  
  She is a psychologist (Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań), and a member of the Polish Psychological Society and the Polish Human Resources Management Society. She has also finished postgraduate studies in Management Psychology in Economy (the University of Wrocław) and postgraduate studies in Group Training (Academy of Social Psychology and the Laboratory of Education in Psychology). She has been working as a trainer for the Business Academy of the Wielkopolska Region in Poznań for many years. She is also a co-owner of GEPOL Ltd since it has been established.
  
  She has conducted many services and projects such as:
  personnel audit (including management), Assessment Center, recruitment and selection for various posts, employees' opinion on the company survey, organizational change management, trainings and workshops (concerning e.g. managerial skills, organizational change, human resources), HRM and organizational consulting (including implementation of job descriptions, periodic appraisal system and computer application PERSONNEL ADVISERŠ, coordination of the works on implementation of information management system, psychological tests.
