Competency management system - PERSONNEL ADVISER©

PERSONNEL ADVISER© is a computer application which aids strategic human resources management. It includes job descriptions, data concerning employees and information on the results of periodic appraisal. The application allows for analysing all the gathered information and search the database by specific criteria.

PERSONNEL ADVISER© consists of 5 integrated modules:

1. A database in which organisational structure and job requirements are defined and data concerning employees (such as qualifications, experience and predispositions) is stored.
2. A module that allows for inputting, storing and analysing information on employees' predispositions and development potential.
3. A module designed to create job descriptions (including e.g. requirements on various post, periodic appraisal criteria and a chart presenting if the employee occupying a position is suited to it).
4. A module concerning periodic appraisal system, which is integrated with the job description module and allows for:
   
   
   1. inputting, storing and analysing the results of periodic appraisal,
   2. storing data concerning all the appraisal criteria used in the company,
   3. storing and analysing appraisers' recorded observations and agreements concerning employees' future actions.
      
      
5. A module for generating various combinations of data concerning e.g. qualifications, skills and predispositions of employees working in particular sections, departments or branches. The module also gives the possibility to search the database by various criteria and compare employees (for example in the form of charts).
