Why is it important to know the employees' opinion on the company?

As many motivation researches show, the fact of being paid or being afraid of losing one's job is not enough make the employees motivated and enthusiastic about their work. How the employees feel at work, how they perceive their company, if they identify with it and if the company satisfies their needs also have a great impact on the employees' motivation.

The method:

We research the employees' opinion on the company with a questionnaire that has been specially constructed on the basis of information concerning Polish cultural background and economic conditions.
